The 3-day  virtual Training took place on the 17-19 of March 2020.  Partners got the opportunity to analyse and investigate the good practices from other organisations and countries in order to get inspired and build the training program.  The second day of the training Italy, Cyprus, Uk, Portugal and Sweden demonstrated tools to engage NEET youth, to support them in developing employability skills, and non formal methodologies to develop soft skills, effective strategies to connect NEET youth to local community. on the third day, 7 clusters of self efficacy have been touched by the good practices proposed by CY, SE and PT team ... and we are ready now to work on the finalization of our mapping activities.
